Total Listings / Total Sales
These graphs show total listings compared to total sales again seperated into one bedrooms, and two bedrooms. When compared to each other it gives you a pretty good (albeit general) idea of supply and demand in the market. Best times to buy are typically when there are less sales than listings in a given month, and the opposite is true if you are selling.
